Gender Issues
In the CHARTER OF FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS
OF THE EUROPEAN UNION two Articles concern gender issues:
- Article 21 - Non-discrimination (paragraph 1.)
- Article 23 - Equality between men and women
In FULLSPECTRUM a gender action plan is realised to fulfil these standards as far as possible. This is to implement the principle of equal treatment for men and women e.g. access to employment, vocational training and promotion, and working conditions. With a gender issue questionnaire all staff members have the opportunity to report discriminating treatment.
